How do I order from you?
Please submit a form on our contact page. We prefer not to take orders over the phone as we are usually busy in the kitchen baking up a storm!
We can discuss flavour, size and design requirements to find you the perfect cake. For orders under £30 full payment is required upfront, for orders over £30 a £20 deposit is taken via Paypal or bank transfer. Please note that without a deposit your date cannot be held and your booking is not confirmed. For wedding orders we take a £50 deposit.
How much notice do you need for a cake order?
We always recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Around 2 weeks notice is the general guide, but during busy periods such as the summer wedding season and Christmas we get extremely busy and recommend a months notice. However it is always worth checking with us to see if your date is free as we do sometimes have slots free throughout the week, especially for simple cakes and cupcakes!
How much do your cakes cost?
Please see our cake and cupcake menus. For anything off the standard menu please contact us for a quote. We happily take flavour requests!
How tall are your cakes?
Our cakes are three layers deep (apart from our rainbow cake which is 6 layers). We love the look of tall cakes and so most of our cakes are around 5"-6” tall.
Do you do custom designs?
Yes, however as we do not specialise in fondant cakes we usually stick to simple fondant accents and messages. You can also chose to have your cake decorated with one of our delicious chocolate or coloured ganache drips, or your favourite sweets! Customisation is priced on materials and time so varies from design to design.
Can I order a box of cupcakes of different flavours?
Sadly this is not possible. Our full size cupcakes come in batches of 12 per flavour. Our mini cupcakes come in batches of 24.
Why can I not order a mix?
We bake to order, meaning we don’t bake stock to keep on hold. When you order from us you are receiving cupcakes or cake freshly baked just for you. It is physically impossible for us to bake one single cupcake. We blame this scene from Bridesmaids for this common misconception!
Do you offer delivery?
We offer a delivery service on all wedding orders (7 days a week), as well as cake or cupcake orders of £30 or over (Monday-Saturday) based on availability. A 1 mile radius of our location in BT7 is free, most other locations around Belfast are £5-10. For anywhere outside of Belfast please get in touch to ask us! Wedding deliveries cost more due to the delicate nature of the cakes that have to be transported in a very particular way and very slowly! Your wedding delivery quote also includes the cost of set up.
Do you bake wedding cakes?
Yes! We LOVE making wedding cakes. It’s such an exciting time for every couple and we really appreciate and enjoy being a part of such a big day for them. We believe every single couple is entitled to the BEST wedding cake they can imagine! We offer tasting boxes several times a year at a cost of £20, please look out for details on our social media.
